This also failed so I am now stuck with an old version 3.9.1.0 and unable to update - I get a "cannot expand files" error when I try to install the downloaded updater for 3.11.31 I am shooting in Raw but only at medium size, not at full size.īefore responding I would normally have changed the quality to full Raw then done a test with that but, unfortunately, due to a problem downloading version 3.11.31 (my previous version was 3.11.26) I am now in a much earlier version of DPP which does not have the Digital Lens Optimiser: as a response to my original downloading problem, Canon support suggested uninstalling 3.11.26 and going back to my original disk version before doing the 3.11.31 update.
